Sacramento: Leading US City Hit Hardest By The Recession.

The Brookings Institution and London School of Economics study looked at cities in the US hit hardest by the current recession. Sacramento California at 14th on the list remains a leading city hit hardest. The study looked at factors such as foreclosures, bankruptcyrates, Job posting to unemployment ratios and more. While this may be news to everyone else, this is an obvious reality to many here in Sacramento.

    It is no wonder why California has a lower bankruptcy rate when compared with other parts of the country.
